William Hatcher, President of Hatcher Construction & Development, Inc., has over twenty-five (25) years in the construction industry. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University Management with a Degree in Business Management. William further launched his career as a General Contractor. His unparalleled knowledge, experience and commitment, ultimately resulted in projects being built on time and within budget by providing all the necessary resources to satisfy the needs of each client. William is involved in every aspect of the business to include both pre and post construction phases ensuring appropriate benchmarks are utilized. He takes responsible for developing, planning and leading the administrative priorities of a rapidly expanding construction and development corporation. HCD’s strategic growth and evaluation; qualitative and quantitative assessments, market research and marketing are managed by William with emphasis on exceeding industry standards of product quality and customer service. Utilizing the skills and experiences he acquired flipping houses initially in his career, he and his brother Jeff Hatcher, who himself has over twenty (20) years of experience in construction business bonded to establish Hatcher Construction and Development in 1999. Jeff maintains and engages in owner relations and facilitates all owners subcontractor and supplier meetings. Jeff generally takes responsibility for the day to day schedule of the projects ensuring all cost and document control are aligned and ensures the preparation and execution of all LEED activities. Over the years the company has grown significantly and has evolved into one of the most trusted and reliable general contracting companies in South Florida.
