The project included full site development with new utilities, parking, landscaping, and stormwater systems, along with a state-of-the-art structure built with concrete, masonry, steel, and high-performance envelope systems.

Inside, the headquarters features open workspaces, executive offices, conference rooms, training areas, and collaboration spaces, all enhanced with premium finishes and branded architectural details. Supported by advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems—including building automation, security, and energy-efficient lighting—the facility was delivered in strict compliance with codes, quality standards, and sustainability practices, providing a functional, high-performing environment for HCD’s continued growth.
