18000 sq. ft warehouse renovation located in downtown Delray Beach’s Art District. Project included creating basic pre-tenant artist spaces, adding a new second level, elevator, display area, offices, classrooms, break room, incubator space, exterior entry porch, landscaping, four (4) parking spaces, minor demolition, building insulations systems, new interior doors, frames, hardware, new electrical, Mechanical, fire protection and plumbing systems, as per plans and specifications.
