Roosevelt Elementary High School

This was a CM at Risk renovation/ modification of Building 3 at Roosevelt ES. The construction scope, included minor demolition, servicing and tying into existing AHU, upgrading existing electrical main service and adding new data. New drywall partition walls, painting, VCT flooring, vinyl cove base, ceramic tile, acoustic ceiling, signage were also completed.

On the exterior we constructed a new shade structure and playground, installed aluminum chain link fencing and a new precast fence wall.
